The High Court in Johannesburg has granted businessman Katiso KT Molefe bail of R400,000. He was arrested for his alleged involvement in the 2022 murder of Oupa Sefoka, commonly known as DJ Somebody.
In August, the Alexandra Magistrates Court denied Molefe bail saying he had failed to present exceptional circumstances to justify his release.
Molefe then challenged the ruling.
