The Democratic Alliance DA has been accused of double standards as it is grappling with infighting between senior national leaders, months before its elective congress.
Former Environment, Forestry and Fisheries Minister Dion George resigned from the DA and Parliament, following a bitter public fallout with party leader John Steenhuisen.
George, who was also the DAs federal finance chair, publicly revealed Steenhuisens money issues. He also accused the party leader of being captured by the ANC in the GNU.
