Court Warns Madadzhe Against Using Tactics To Evade Trial

The Thohoyandou High Court in Limpopo has warned murder accused and social media influencer, Livhuwani Madadzhe, against using tactics to evade trial.

This after Madazhes lawyer told the court that he would not be able to take the witness stand due to ill health.

However, Judge Thogomelani Tshidada says he had been made aware of Madadzhes attempts to solicit sick notes to avoid attending court.

Madadzhe is accused of killing his partner, Lindelani Nengovhela, two years ago.

He allegedly dumped her body in a waterlogged pit toilet at Sidou-Mangodi outside Thohoyandou.
