Suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner for Crime Detection, Lieutenant General Shadrack Sibiya, and National Police Commissioner General Fannie Masemola are set to face off in the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria this morning.
Sibiya wants the high court to declare his suspension unlawful .
Masemola suspended Sibiya in July for the alleged unlawful disbandment of the KwaZulu-Natal political killings task team, which he has vehemently denied.
