Members of Congress of South African Trade Unions COSATU will, on Friday, gather outside the US embassy in KwaZulu-Natal in protest against the arrest of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife, earlier this year.
The labour federation says the action violates international law.
COSATUs provincial secretary Edwin Mkhize says they also condemn what they call US President Donald Trumps imperialistic tactics.
