Cosatu First Deputy President, Mike Shingange says they are disappointed that despite years of talks about the reconfiguration of the alliance, it still hasnt happened.
He was reacting to the ANCs admission that it failed to persuade the SACP not to contest future elections independently.
The SACP said it is forced to go alone at it in future elections after the ANCs refusal to reconfigure the alliance in over 22 years.
