South Africas largest distributor of non-alcoholic carbonated soft drinks has launched an initiative aimed at entrepreneurs who can independently manage warehouse and domestic transport operations within defined territories.
The initiative is by Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa CCBSA, who has about 31.8 market share according to data by GeoScope SA.
According to SA Business Integrator, the roll-out forms part of CCBSAs strategy to strengthen in-market execution and maintain service consistency at scale.
