A 19-year-old accused linked to a mass shooting that took place in the Marikana informal settlement on the Cape Flats two weeks ago, has appeared in the Athlone Magistrate's Court.
Nine people were gunned down in the incident.
The accused, who faces multiple charges including nine counts of murder, abandoned his bail application.
