For generations of Capetonians, the unfinished Foreshore Freeway Bridge has been more than just an incomplete piece of infrastructure. Towering above the city skyline, it has become one of Cape Towns most recognisable landmarks - and a constant reminder of a project that never reached the finish line.
Now, nearly five decades after construction came to a halt, there may finally be fresh momentum to change that.
