Deloitte Innovation Hub in Cairo has marked its second anniversary, celebrating its emergence as a leading centre for digital transformation both regionally and globally. Since its inception, the hub has invested 30 million in local and regional initiatives, with an additional 80 million earmarked over the next three years under a recent MoU signed at the Global Offshoring Summit to strengthen Egypt's digital ecosystem.

Starting with a modest team of 23 experts, the Deloitte Innovation Hub has expanded to over 600 specialists delivering services to hundreds of clients across the EMEA region. Officially inaugurated by H.E. Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, the hub has become a major driver of digital transformation, offering next-generation solutions in AI, cloud computing, data analytics, enterprise technology, and cybersecurity. Its multidisciplinary teams support sectors including finance, consumer goods, telecommunications, healthcare, government, and Global Business Services GBS, providing Egyptian talent with valuable international experience.

The hub emphasizes inclusivity and employee development, fostering a high-performance culture with a balanced 50/50 gender ratio. It invests in professional growth through world-class training programs, certification pathways, and leadership initiatives, while prioritizing employee well-being through initiatives such as the Deloitte Employee Assistance Program DEAP.
