Evidence leader Advocate Matthew Chaskalson has put it to North West businessman Brown Mogotsi that his text message to Police Minister Senzo Mchunu regarding a breakthrough, has nothing to do with an operation at Stilfontein.
Signal messages between Mchunu and Mogotsi show that the businessman was in constant communication with Mchunu, who has been placed on special leave, days after a raid was conducted at Vusi Cat Matlalas property.
The raid was conducted by PKTT members.
