North West-based alleged political fixer Brown Mogotsi is expected to continue his bail application in the Johannesburg Magistrates Court on Thursday morning.
He appeared in court more than a week ago when the matter was postponed to allow investigators to verify his residential address in Mahikeng.
Mogotsi was arrested about two weeks ago.
