The bail application of Victor Majola, the man accused of orchestrating the assassination of Warrick DJ Warras Stock, has been postponed to the 26 January for judgment.
This comes after the defence attorney earlier requested to present more evidence of CCTV footage that has been circulating on social media of the day Stock was killed.
Magistrate Annelise Thlapi denied that request, questioning the legitimacy of the video footage, saying that it could have been tampered with or already edited.
