The bail application of the 48-year-old Sipho Ngomane, accused of killing his wife, a police officer, Sergeant Joyce Ngomane, has been postponed to next Tuesday for further hearing at the Nkomazi Magistrates Court, in Mpumalanga. During the accuseds last court appearance, the case was postponed due to the unavailability of the state prosecutor.
Ngomane allegedly stabbed the victim to death following an argument at their home in Ntunda Village in Nkomazi a few months ago. It is alleged that the couple had marital challenges since 2018.
Her husband, a teacher, is facing charges of murder and violation of a protection order.
