Softfootball understands that Axel Disasi has completed a late move to West Ham United, joining the club on loan from Chelsea until the end of the 2025/26 season. The transfer was confirmed just before the January deadline, as reported by Fabrizio Romano via his official X account.

Following a recent report that West Ham were waiting on a Disasi green light after reaching an agreement with Chelsea , all paperwork is now finalised in time, the medical is completed, and the defender is now officially a West Ham player, at least for the rest of the campaign.
