The value of transactions through Automated Teller Machines rose by 197.86 percent year-on-year YoY to N36.34 trillion in the first half of 2025 H125 from N12.2 trillion in the corresponding period of 2024 H124.
Vanguard analysis of data from the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Quarterly Statistical Bulletin for H125 showed that the volume of ATM transactions also grew significantly by 72.9 percent YoY to 858.8 million in H125 from 496.5 million in H124.
