Atltico Madrid has confirmed that Nigerian international Ademola Lookman has arrived in Madrid and is on the brink of joining the club from Atalanta.
This is according to a statement released by the club on its official website .
Lookman is a medical assessment and final meeting away from officially becoming an Atltico player.
