The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services ARCEP and AGEOS have signed a Memorandum of Understanding MoU to formalize institutional cooperation on the exchange and use of satellite data for monitoring radio installations. The partnership represents a step toward leveraging advanced technology to strengthen regulatory oversight in the telecommunications sector.
The agreement is designed to support regulation based on objective, data-driven insights, helping improve digital infrastructure planning while reinforcing public policies in spatial planning and sustainable development. Under the MoU, ARCEP and AGEOS will collaborate through joint projects, training initiatives, and a dedicated steering committee to ensure coordinated efforts.
