Another major power failure has hit Nelson Mandela Bay in the Eastern Cape. Its the third major outage in recent weeks.
Large parts of Gqeberha are expected to be without power for up to 21 days, following the collapse of a transmission pylon on the Chelsea - Arlington - Walmer - Summerstrand line earlier this week.
The municipality has blamed gale-force winds for the damage.
