American tennis player Amanda Anisimova secured her second title of the year and fourth career trophy at the China Open on Sunday, defeating Linda Noskova in a demanding three-set final with a score of 6-0,2-6,6-2.
The third-seeded American overcame a second-set wobble to seal the win in one hour and 46 minutes at Beijing's WTA 1000 event.
The triumph comes just a month after Anisimova reached the US Open final, where she fell to world number one Aryna Sabalenka.
