Vijayawada Sunshiners VSS will take on Bhimavaram Bulls BVB in the Eliminator of the Andhra Premier League APL 2025 on Thursday, August 21, at Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam.
Vijayawada Sunshiners finished third on the points table with three wins. They will aim to defeat Bhimavaram Bulls and advance to Qualifier 2, bringing them closer to the APL 2025 finals. Since this is a do-or-die encounter, the Sunshiners cannot afford a loss in the upcoming contest.
Bhimavaram Bulls finished fourth on the table with six points, narrowly making it to the next round. They must win this Eliminator clash and put up a strong fight to secure a place in Qualifier 2. They will be thrown out of the competition, if they lose on Thursday.
