African National Congress ANC member Dikgang Moiloa has died.
The party has confirmed that he died on Saturday. Moiloa, who was affectionately known as Uhuru which means freedom in Swahili, served in the Gauteng Legislature in different portfolios.
He served as chairperson of Committees and later as deputy speaker.
