The ANC Johannesburg Region has accused alliance partner Sanco of conducting an orchestrated campaign to undermine its newly elected leadership.
December last year saw MMC for Finance Loyiso Masuku trump Johannesburg Mayor Dada Morero to the position of Chair of the region .
However, the very public discovery of ballots from the conference at a house in Pretoria , complete with a strong police presence, has bolstered claims earlier made by Morero, of procedural irregularities.
