AmaWaterways is expanding its Africa Safaris Wildlife Cruise programme with four new itineraries debuting in August next year.
Journeys range from nine to 18 nights and feature newly added destinations such as Kenya, Namibia and Zanzibar. The trips merge three-night Chobe River cruises on the 28-passenger Zambezi Queen with unique land excursions.
The shortest of the itineraries, a nine- or 11-night trip from the Cape to Victoria Falls, features add-ons including penguin encounters at Boulders Beach, the Chobe River cruise, a guided walking tour in Victoria Falls and an optional Johannesburg extension.
