Algeria's Ministry of Post and Wire and Wireless Transport inaugurated a new joint contact center in the Bani Thor region, developed in collaboration with Algeria Post, Mobilis, and Algeria Telecom. The center is equipped with modern facilities to efficiently handle citizen requests and services, improving the quality and responsiveness of customer care nationwide.
The new facility will provide 400 direct jobs and strengthen the operational capacity of the three organizations. The project is part of a broader national strategy to expand the call center sector, with targets of creating 10,000 jobs by 2027 and generating 1.2 billion in revenue by 2029, creating up to 300,000 jobs across the country.
The initiative is expected to enhance Algeria's competitiveness in regional and international contact center services. The Ministry will continue to support the sector through the creation of modern call centers and the development of skilled human resources to ensure high standards of service delivery.
