Despite swirling speculation, Al Nassr have no plans to move for Barcelona forward Ferran Torres. According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano via his official X account , there have been zero talks between the Saudi Pro League side and the Catalan club, and there's no interest from either camp.
Instead, Softfootball reports that the Riyadh outfit are focusing all their attention on securing Kingsley Coman from Bayern Munich , with hopes of finalising the deal within the next 24 to 48 hours.
Romano spelled it out clearly on his X handle by saying:
Torres, for his part, remains committed to Barcelona. The 24-year-old Spanish international is reportedly not entertaining the idea of a move to Saudi Arabia, preferring to fight for his place at the Camp Nou.
Behind the scenes, some within Al Nassr had admired Torres as a versatile attacking option someone who could cover the wings and even operate as a No. 9 when needed alongside Cristiano Ronaldo. Such flexibility would offer valuable rotation over a long season. But for now, that idea is firmly shelved.
Barcelona are understood to be open to a potential sale under the right conditions, but the move would require Al Nassr to first offload a foreign player to comply with Saudi Pro League limits. With Coman now their priority target, that shuffle isn't happening yet.
Fresh off signing defender Inigo Martinez, Al Nassr are building a squad designed to dominate both domestically and in Asia. If they can get the Coman deal over the line, it'll be another statement signing and one that, for the moment, leaves Ferran Torres out of the picture.
