Dutch giants Ajax are close to wrapping up a deal for former Arsenal defender Takehiro Tomiyasu as a free agent, Softfootball reports.
The 26-year-old was released by Arsenal at the summer as he was plagued by injuries for majority of his stay at the club. He even missed a whole season without kicking a ball due to injury.
According to football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano via his official X handle , he informs that Ajax are already working on a deal to bring the defender to the Eredivisie. He said:
