Manchester United legend, Rio Ferdinand has called on the Confederation of African Football, CAF, to hold the Moroccan Football Association to account over the AFCON towel controversy.
Recall that ball boys were caught on camera taking the towels of Senegal goalkeeper Edouard Mendy during the AFCON final.
The same incident occurred during Nigerias AFCON semi-final encounter against Morocco as ball boys took away Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabalis towels.
