The Moroccan Football Federation said it will pursue legal procedures with the Confederation of African Football CAF and FIFA following incidents during the Africa Cup of Nations final against Senegal .
The report concerns protests by Senegal players and some supporters after a penalty was awarded to Morocco in added time during Sunday's final in Rabat. Following the penalty decision, Senegal players walked off the pitch in protest, leading to a stoppage of around 20 minutes.
During the interruption, some Senegalese supporters threw chairs and other objects from the stands and attempted to enter the field of play, according to the Moroccan federation.
