On Thursday, February 5, 2026, the Agency for Information and Communication Technologies Development ADETIC, the National Agency for Information Security and Electronic Certification ANSICE, and TECHSO-GROUP signed a tripartite agreement to conduct a security audit of the National Data Center, a strategic infrastructure central to Chad's digital sovereignty.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Adoum Djimet Saboun, Director General of ADETIC Mrs. Nadjma Saleh Kebzabo, Deputy General Manager of ANSICE and Mr. Hamza Waraki, co-founder of TECHSO-GROUP. The agreement marks the project's most sensitive phase: securing and certifying the National Data Center ahead of its official commissioning.
For Mr. Saboun, this step represents the final milestone before the inauguration of the Data Center, a project envisioned by His Excellency the President of the Republic, Marshal Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno, as part of efforts to build digital sovereignty and modernize public administration. He emphasized, "The National Data Center is a strategic base for sovereign housing of state data and continuity of public digital services."
