Parliaments Ad Hoc Committee , which is looking into concerns around national security, has a new deadline of the end of November to complete its work.
The committee was established to investigate wide-ranging allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the justice system made by KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi in July.
Originally, the committee had a deadline of the end of October to report back to the National Assembly.
