ActionSA's mayoral candidate in Ekurhuleni, Xolani Khumalo, is set to voluntarily hand himself over to the police on Monday, 19 January 2026, the party said on Friday.
Khumalo faces charges of assault allegedly laid by a suspected drug dealer, the partys National Chairperson Michael Beaumont said in a statement .
