Retired Constitutional Court Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga has filed court papers opposing ANC-linked businessman Suliman Carrims application to interdict the Madlanga commission from subpoenaing him.
The application is set to be heard on Tuesday 3 February at the Johannesburg high court .
Madlanga opposes Carrim interdict bidA subpoena issued by the commission requires Carrim to testify on Friday, 6 February. A previous notice also required him to submit a sworn statement prior to his testimony.
