63 scholar transport vehicles in KwaZulu-Natal have failed the road safety inspection.
This is according to the provincial Department of Transport.
The inspection was conducted by the Road Traffic Inspectorate RTI and Operation Shanela ahead of the opening of schools on Wednesday.
