Just over two years ago, rehabilitated and released rhino orphan Wyntir made history by giving birth to her first calf, marking a milestone in rhino conservation.

Blizzy was the first calf in the world born naturally to both parents orphaned from poaching. Now, just over two years later, Wyntir has delivered her second daughter.

Throughout the past decade, Care for Wild has remained committed to the rescue, rehabilitation, and reintroduction of rhinos into their natural habitats. As keystone species and ecological engineers, the reintroduction of rhinos is helping to restore habitats and protect biodiversity. The birth of this very special calf is a testament to a decade of dedication to saving rhinos for tomorrow, the non-profit organisation said on Instagram.
