Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide technical inputs for the design and updating of the electronic maintenance management system
- Assist in the development of provincial maintenance policies and standard operating procedures
- Support the rollout of the maintenance system and conduct training for District officials
- Contribute to the establishment and functional oversight of the maintenance call center
- Investigate unresolved technical maintenance cases and provide expert feedback
- Update NEIMS and Facility Management Systems with relevant site data and information
- Prepare technical specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for maintenance projects
- Conduct on-site inspections of maintenance work to ensure quality and compliance
- Verify contractor invoices and provide recommendations for payment based on work completed.
