- Detailed-oriented inspection and verification skills.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years relevant experience in building, mechanical, or electrical infrastructure environments
- Experience in site inspections and maintenance project monitoring
- Proficiency in preparing technical specifications and Bills of Quantities.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Contribute technical inputs to the design and refinement of electronic maintenance management systems
- Assist in developing provincial maintenance policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Facilitate the rollout of maintenance systems and provide technical training to District-level staff
- Support the establishment and operational functioning of the infrastructure call center
- Provide technical resolutions for logged maintenance calls and investigate unresolved cases
- Supply data for the updating of NEIMS (National Education Infrastructure Management System) and Facility Management Systems
- Prepare detailed technical specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for maintenance works
- Conduct physical inspections on project sites to ensure quality and compliance of maintenance work
- Verify contractor invoices against work completed and provide payment recommendations.
