Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide comprehensive clerical support for the supply chain management unit
- Execute purchasing clerical tasks including the processing of requisitions and orders
- Deliver logistical support services to ensure efficient movement and delivery of goods
- Facilitate the communication between the department and service providers regarding purchase orders
- Maintain an organized filing system for all procurement and purchasing documentation
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and monitoring of delivery timelines.
