Experience Required

3-5 years in Human Resource Management / Recruitment

Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise daily activities within the Recruitment and Selection sub-unit
  • Ensure equitable allocation of work and oversee staff performance
  • Process and implement appointments, transfers, relocations, and rank translations on the PERSAL system
  • Facilitate an effective end-to-end recruitment and selection lifecycle
  • Compile comprehensive monthly and quarterly HR administrative reports
  • Conduct quarterly audits of recruitment files and personnel records
  • Manage and resolve complex enquiries related to the recruitment sub-unit
  • Collaborate with other Human Resource Administration (HRA) sub-units to ensure integrated service delivery
