Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities within the Recruitment and Selection sub-unit
- Ensure equitable allocation of work and oversee staff performance
- Process and implement appointments, transfers, relocations, and rank translations on the PERSAL system
- Facilitate an effective end-to-end recruitment and selection lifecycle
- Compile comprehensive monthly and quarterly HR administrative reports
- Conduct quarterly audits of recruitment files and personnel records
- Manage and resolve complex enquiries related to the recruitment sub-unit
- Collaborate with other Human Resource Administration (HRA) sub-units to ensure integrated service delivery
