Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise financial accounting transactions and salary administration support
- Perform bookkeeping and budget support services
- Verify monthly reconciliations of suspense accounts (Petty Cash and Suppliers)
- Ensure the safe-keeping of expenditure batches
- Validate documentation and authorize payments
- Ensure all creditors are paid within the prescribed timeframe (30 days)
- Supervise and monitor the performance of subordinates
- Submit regular activity reports to Management
- Provide reliable financial information for decision-making
