Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise employees within the sub-unit and coordinate work allocation
  • Implement and manage employee benefits including housing allowances and service bonuses
  • Oversee the proper implementation of various leave categories in accordance with the Directive on Leave of Absence
  • Maintain and secure institutional personnel records and filing systems
  • Facilitate and provide support during audits conducted by oversight bodies
  • Administer pension documentation and submissions
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on matters relating to conditions of service
  • Resolve complex enquiries regarding service benefits
  • Collaborate with other Human Resource Administration sub-units to ensure workflow integration
