- Strong planning, organizing, and supervisory skills
- Conflict resolution and analytical problem-solving
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Understanding of Batho Pele Principles
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Human Resource Administration
- Experience in PERSAL (Introduction, Personnel Administration, Establishment)
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise employees within the sub-unit and coordinate work allocation
- Implement and manage employee benefits including housing allowances and service bonuses
- Oversee the proper implementation of various leave categories in accordance with the Directive on Leave of Absence
- Maintain and secure institutional personnel records and filing systems
- Facilitate and provide support during audits conducted by oversight bodies
- Administer pension documentation and submissions
- Conduct training sessions for staff on matters relating to conditions of service
- Resolve complex enquiries regarding service benefits
- Collaborate with other Human Resource Administration sub-units to ensure workflow integration
