Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and refine institutional fundraising policies and strategies for the Western Cape Government (WCG)
- Establish and maintain partnerships with international and domestic funding institutions
- Align long-term provincial plans with implementation frameworks to identify funding gaps in economic priority sectors
- Manage stakeholder relations, communication, and reporting for donor-funded initiatives
- Provide oversight on financial resources in compliance with the PFMA and corporate governance standards
