Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in strategy development or institutional change
  • Experience leading data governance or project management offices

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive research to refine and develop institutional change policies, strategies, and frameworks
  • Execute professional project management functions for the implementation of institutional change programmes
  • Facilitate the departmental e-vision strategy by leveraging data warehouse capabilities for informed decision-making and Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives through the strategic implementation of BI projects
  • Manage stakeholder communication and reporting regarding institutional change progress and outcomes
