Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise and enforce compliance with road traffic and public passenger transport legislation
  • Develop and implement operational traffic law enforcement strategies and speed testing operations
  • Manage accident scene safety, traffic flow control, and overloaded vehicle monitoring
  • Oversee the issuance of infringement notices and manage court appearance procedures for traffic officials
  • Lead joint law enforcement projects and facilitate cooperative governance activities
  • Manage unit resources including human capital, performance appraisals, and fleet maintenance
  • Conduct risk management assessments and implement mitigation plans for station operations
  • Monitor expenditure and participate in budgetary planning and loss control for equipment
