- Manage cloud infrastructure services across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Execute virtualization management and optimization using VMware or Hyper-V
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, including endpoint protection and vulnerability management
- Provide advanced technical support and training to departmental users
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, security compliance reports, and disaster recovery procedures
