- Compulsory registration with SACNASP (South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions).
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Compile and interpret enterprise budgets, financial statements, and cash flow projections for agricultural businesses
- Evaluate and develop comprehensive business plans for agricultural enterprises
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and economic viability assessments for new and existing projects
- Provide technical advisory support on land reform, infrastructure, and production economic principles
- Facilitate training for farmers in financial and production record-keeping
- Enable market access and ensure farmer compliance with market standards
- Utilize the Agricultural Information Management System (AIMS) for project tracking
- Provide inputs to Commodity Project Allocation Committees (CPACs) and Project Implementing Partners
- Manage human and financial resources within the sub-district.
