Requirements
- Practical experience in rendering secretarial or administrative support to Management/Senior Management is an added advantage
- Computer literacy (Prerequisite)
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide high-level secretarial and receptionist support, including managing the Director's diary and screening calls
- Coordinate complex travel and event management services, liaising with agencies for bookings and logistics
- Arrange directorate meetings, including venue identification, invitations, and refreshment coordination
- Provide comprehensive clerical support by processing invoices, recording minutes, and managing the filing system
- Administer the directorate's leave system and handle the procurement of office stationery and refreshments
- Manage the flow of all incoming and outgoing documentation to ensure the Director is prepared for all engagements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Public Service prescripts and departmental policies to ensure office compliance
- Process travel and subsistence (T&S) claims for the directorate in accordance with Treasury Regulations
