Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Utilize the LOGIS module to generate and authorize commitments and requisitions
- Place orders for goods and manage supplier interactions
- Receive and capture goods into departmental registers and databases
- Maintain and update the supplier database and goods register
- Reconcile requisitions to orders ensuring accuracy on Procurement Integration
- Verify budget allocations using BAS (Basic Accounting System) reports
- Manage the 0-9 file for pending deliveries and confirm rendered services
- Capture and verify receipts and issues on the Logis system
- Record and forward payment documents to the finance department
- Support end-users with logistical requests
