Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Utilize the LOGIS module to generate and authorize commitments and requisitions
  • Place orders for goods and manage supplier interactions
  • Receive and capture goods into departmental registers and databases
  • Maintain and update the supplier database and goods register
  • Reconcile requisitions to orders ensuring accuracy on Procurement Integration
  • Verify budget allocations using BAS (Basic Accounting System) reports
  • Manage the 0-9 file for pending deliveries and confirm rendered services
  • Capture and verify receipts and issues on the Logis system
  • Record and forward payment documents to the finance department
  • Support end-users with logistical requests
