Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of road maintenance projects to ensure compliance with prescribed provincial road standards
  • Oversee the repair and maintenance of road surfaces, including pothole patching, sealing, and pavement repairs
  • Supervise and lead a team of general workers and operators assigned to road maintenance tasks
  • Ensure the efficient use of road machinery, equipment, and materials on-site
  • Monitor work progress and quality to ensure safety and durability of road infrastructure.
