Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage the registry counter by providing efficient front-office document services
- Facilitate the processing, sorting, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Execute an effective filing and records management system to ensure data integrity and easy retrieval
- Operate specialized office machinery relevant to the registry and document reproduction functions
- Coordinate the systematic archiving and disposal of documents in line with legislative disposal schedules
- Maintain accurate registers for tracking movement of files and sensitive information
- Perform secondary support functions including daily vehicle allocation and fleet condition monitoring
- Conduct routine inspections on departmental vehicles and report identified damages or maintenance needs
