Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the registry counter by providing efficient front-office document services
  • Facilitate the processing, sorting, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Execute an effective filing and records management system to ensure data integrity and easy retrieval
  • Operate specialized office machinery relevant to the registry and document reproduction functions
  • Coordinate the systematic archiving and disposal of documents in line with legislative disposal schedules
  • Maintain accurate registers for tracking movement of files and sensitive information
  • Perform secondary support functions including daily vehicle allocation and fleet condition monitoring
  • Conduct routine inspections on departmental vehicles and report identified damages or maintenance needs
